Component 1

External New Licence Application Intake

Public new-tab application opened from Childcare Connect. Captures facility, programming, applicants, contact, residence, orientation, and supporting documents.

Component 2

Internal Licensing Intake Queue & Working Detail

Trusted-launch ELCC workspace. Queue with filters, working detail tabs (Application, Documents, Outstanding, Communication, Notes, Activity), configurable status workflow. Certificate preview is reached from the working detail once an application is ready.

Helper routes

Launch Simulator — switch role and seed launch context for demos.
Public intake landing — start a new licence application.
Internal staff home — jump into the ELCC workspace.
